Each camp follows an intentional framework: focused mindset modules followed by a matched training session designed to surface limiting beliefs, reveal patterns of self‑sabotage, and rewire the brain’s default responses to challenges and stress.

What you will come out of the day with...

Shorter, focused sessions that dive into specific mindset topics relevant to everyday life and performance. Workshops combine group discussion, skill practice, and drills to strengthen coping capacity and behavioural flexibility.

These sessions do not have the training component.
